Dear sir..goodday to you. Im one of the residence of Kampong Main Road, Perai. I would like to lodge a report on a man who is behaving as samseng here. His name is VJ Kumar@Paper Kumar. He is a gengster leader. He used to threaten or blackmain poor people around and take money from them. This issues are an on going issue here at my kampung. I've called several times to the Balai nearby but no action being taken, and im noticing that time by time this guys activities kept getting bigger. Day and night i've noticed a group of gangster sat in front of his house and make fun, sometimes they also tend to disturb the young girls who passed by his house. Below i've stated his address:

1442, Kampung Main Road Prai, Seberang Perai.

For your further information, this was what i've heard about him, he had lots of informers in Balai Polis Perai. Being a brother inlaw of Prai Bala(Prai 04 leader) this man had many outside influence to protect himself. So sir, my humble request is please take investigate and take a quick action in order for our Prai residance peaceful leaving.
