I live in 281-A Jalan Temiang, Seremban and my neighbour is at 281 Jalan Temiang. Every night his dog is released to the back of the house which faces the back of my house, and keeps barking for no reason. I have told the owner to make his dog stop barking but theres nothing that has been done. Its so difficult to sleep and my family get up with a headache every day due to lack of sleep. Please do something or i think i will the poison the dog. Hopefully yours. Manjit Kaur.
